We focus on ensuring an inclusive work environment that ensures the development of people, diversity, and safety. We promote initiatives to improve the environmental impact and implement good measures to ensure best practices in compliance, regulation, taxation and transparency.
Responsible investment policy
We have integrated ESG analysis throughout our investment process, from preliminary study to exit. In companies, we establish indicators linked to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals defined by the United Nations, which are measured to monitor and implement improvements.
